1. Phlox stolonifera

It is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows only six inches and comes in a variety of colors such as white, blue, pink, and purple.

2. Stachys lanata

Also known as lamb’s or hare’s ear, it is a perfect ground cover plant to cover the ground with its silver-gray foliage throughout the year and its purple flowers that bloom in spring.

3. Viola sororia

Viola sororia, known as the common blue violet, is a moderate-growing plant that features freckled purple flowers in mid-spring. Combine it with mosses to create a forest effect.

It is a herbaceous plant that belongs to the Lamiaceae family and is native to Sardinia, Corsica, Italy and France. 8. Sedum album

Commonly called cat grape, it is a crassulaceae that grows on walls, rocks and roofs. The Sedum is a perennial , lively and succulent plant that can grow up to 30 cm tall. Its almost reddish-colored leaves are fleshy and in summer it produces white flowers with black anthers.
