Foods to combat fatigue and physical and mental tiredness

The tiredness and fatigue are common after moments of stress or when there is an increase in physical activity , such as during the summer . In addition to a good restful sleep at night, we can do more to minimize or eliminate fatigue and continue with our day.

Foods that fight tiredness and fatigue

Bananas

Spinach
