Chard , a green leafy vegetable with very beneficial nutritional properties . Chard originates from the Mediterranean and its cultivation today has spread throughout the world. They are vegetables with large, oval-shaped, green leaves and the stalk can have various colors, from white to hot pink.

Although chard is grown throughout the year, its best time might be from fall to spring.

What nutritional properties do chard have
