You need

  • 1 teaspoon powdered white willow bark or small pieces
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 pinch of stevia or cinnamon to sweeten

How to prepare the infusion

Put the water to boil in a saucepan. Just when you’re ready to do it, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the white willow bark. If you have decided to add stevia (you can see the medicinal properties of stevia )  do it now too. Cover the saucepan and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Strain and (add the cinnamon ) drink little by little.
