Herbal treatments

Everyone knows and it cannot be denied that our society is dominated by consumerism, or rather by those continuous fashions that are half imposed by a sometimes subtle advertising and half the fruit of our mind that believes and continues to spread certain fashions without understanding them and often without even sharing them, only as fashions. Fortunately for us there are «fashions and fashions», modifying a well-known saying, in the sense that there are harmful fashions, totally useless and without a purpose (like smoking, or some extravagant clothes, hairstyles, etc.), and fashions which are launched and disseminated as such, therefore always in a subtle way, but which at least are based on sound principles. One of these is for example the hobby of gardening, which is a worldwide media phenomenon (now ridden by internet sites and televisions, with tutorials, information and many other things), however it is an outdoor activity in contact with nature, which teaches its mechanisms and respecting it, as well as guaranteeing physical movement and stress relief. Another positive trend is herbal treatment for the body: it has spread in recent years and has reached millions of people, convinced by the naturalness of the products and the effectiveness.

Aloe vera

The world of herbal medicine is varied and varied, because over time man has rediscovered many plant species that if used in the right way can guarantee an effective effect on many functions of the human body, both as an improvement in performance and as a small one. cure for certain dysfunctions. Well, one of the most used and appreciated species in herbal medicine is aloe vera; it is a plant of the succulent group (the same as cacti and succulent plants in general) that grows in tropical areas with low rainfall, or in any case with rainfall contained in only a short period of time. In fact, it has internal tissues capable of storing precious liquids, which the human being has learned to extract and has noticed to be incredibly positive for our body. Unlike other plants used in herbal medicine, aloe vera is very willing to «give up» its preciousness, as it is enough to break the large and turgid leaves to literally see a dense, green and slightly transparent sap dripping, with a not very natural flavor. pleasant but with the enormous amount of enzymes, vitamins, vegetable proteins and many other microelements that are very good for our body. Already known in ancient times both on our side of the Atlantic and on the other, it has always been handed down as a medicinal plant. vegetable proteins and many other microelements that are very good for our body. Aloe for the hair

Aloe has many applications, to analyze them all it would take much more than an article; in this case we focus on an aspect that can be a problem for many people, namely the hair: our hair, brought to its knees by genetics and stress, tends more and more to disappear, thin out, discolor and appear untreated even if we dedicate more than an hour a day to our hair. In this case, aloe intervenes for us which, with its famous moisturizing power (also used for the skin, first application), manages both to restore a balance in the scalp and to make the hair itself better. In fact, it happens that the enzymes contained in the aloe extract are able to convey water and nutrients where they are absorbed, therefore if distributed on the scalp they will allow to hydrate it and hydration simply means more health. A practical example could be the application of a cream just after showering and shampooing, a kind of jelly to be applied to damp hair and then to be distributed well with a comb to help even the deepest scalp. The effect is guaranteed, and recommended for both men and women.

Effects and methods of application

The hydration of the scalp and hair with aloe vera and products that contain them can act on several fronts, let’s see which ones; First of all, the main problem that comes to mind when it comes to hair hydration is definitely dandruff. It afflicts a large number of men and women (even if boys are slightly disadvantaged due to their usually shorter hair) and above all from the psychological and personal insecurity point of view it is serious; however aloe vera is able to restore and at least improve the balance of liquids in the scalp, in order to reduce that annoying scaling effect. But not only that, aloe vera is also recommended to fortify the hair and make it less fragile and prone to falling out, as often happens to both men and women when age begins to advance. In this case the most popular form of intake is certainly the one with aloe extract tablets to be ingested, because fortifying the hair must start from fortifying the internal structures that generate and support the hair itself, not its external part easily reachable from the ‘external. These tablets often supplement aloe with other plant-specific hair products.
