Its scope is so great and its adaptability so versatile, that it managed to become naturalized in Australia , so there is a large amount of land in that country and where it can be found in the wild.

The growth of this plant occurs mainly in cultivated fields, lands such as sandbanks, hedges, boundaries, forest clearings, open bushes, grass , among other places. The good thing is that it is a plant that can grow both at sea level and above 1,500 meters above sea level.

This is a small plant that does not usually grow very tall . At most, it can get about 35 or 40 cm tall. The base of the plant is woody and it is a perennial plant. As for the shape of the stems, they are not stiff enough to remain completely straight .

However, they are rigid enough to adopt a more or less straight posture. From the base of the stem onwards it has curly hairs . As for the arrangement of the leaves, they are found alternately and also have a fairly simple inflorescence .

As for what we can say about the flowers, they belong to the zygomorphic genus , so it only has 5 sepals. While two of its sepals are large, the rest are smaller.
