Love plants and flowers

The bond that binds us to nature is very deep and so deeply rooted that most of us fail to realize that something keeps us so united to it; in fact, despite the attempt of entire civil societies to remove all the fulcrum of life from nature, it always comes back into vogue, partly because we cannot objectively do without it (after all, everything that surrounds us is made with natural elements, we provide only to transform them) and a little because every time we come into contact with it inside of us we feel a desire to live it and continue to feel good thanks to the peace of its landscapes, the scents of plants and that silence inspires serenity. Precisely for these reasons, loving plants and flowers is a very common trait for many people and has recently also become a hobby: gardening, the famous “green thumb” is an activity that involves many people, who love to relax by doing small jobs in the garden or at the plants they own even on the balcony of the house. Although this sometimes involves some physical fatigue, it is always positive as it allows the body and mind to release stress in an activity that is however pleasant.

The tulip

Thinking of classifying which flowers are most appreciated by enthusiasts “green thumbs” is almost madness, because nature offers such a variety that anyone can find what is right for them without any problems. It is clear, however, that in every grouping there is something that stands out, and the same happens for the flowers; in reality, wanting to enter and examine the root of the problem, flowers have had a close relationship with men for centuries and centuries, long before the advent of technologies and applied sciences. Therefore, the most loved flowers are above all the “historical” ones, that is the first to have been discovered and spread thanks to the trade and cultural exchange of the peoples of the past; a classic example of this is the tulip: this beloved flower is native to the countries of Northern Europe and in particular nowadays it is the Netherlands (or Holland) that has in hand the ball of their cultivation, trade and also the honor of their origin. It has become so famous because it is basically a simple flower, which often grows spontaneously and above all is resistant to various climates, including the European continental one, certainly not favorable.

Describing a tulip flower has two implications, one simple and the other a little more difficult. The least complicated part of the work is certainly the one that focuses on the linearity of its forms, on the petals with a not negligible consistency that are held tight to the reproductive organs that protect, to those solid colors and with a simple character such as blue (super- classic), red, yellow and a few others. Instead, the most difficult part of the speech is trying to describe how a beautiful flower, yes, but so linear and widespread, can garner a lot of consensus and excite millions of people around the world: the fact is that, contrary to what we human beings do with our technology, nature does not need to be “placed” to excite us and amaze us, on the contrary it is precisely its simplicity that conquers our heart,

Tulip flowers: Sale and cultivation

Tulip cultivation has nowadays become a real industrial activity; this could only be explained by the great profitability of this flower, which in fact is part of the world flower market with a large percentage and a good price, perhaps second only to the rose. Another important aspect is that the tulip does not require much care to be raised in a satisfactory way (another point in favor of the industry, because it therefore involves little expense), so much so that many people can boast beautiful tulip corners in their gardens, simply being careful to water them carefully and not to place them under the direct scorching sun, then the seeds in common trade will be enough to obtain flourishing tulip meadows. The sale of the tulip, if we exclude the common channel of florists who will always be supplied with them, a large share travels through the internet, especially because many people “chase” the products originating in the Netherlands, which are very often accompanied by real quality certificates, just to testify the goodness of a flower cultivated and then grown in its most famous homeland, at least in Europe. On the price front, we can say that the great demand does not contribute to the price drop, but the very fact that there is a market with large numbers helps the operators in the sector to earn even by tapping a smaller percentage. which are very often accompanied by real quality certificates, just to testify the goodness of a flower grown and then grown in its most famous land of origin, at least in Europe.
