The barbecue

The barbecue has become one of the most “sacred” and untouchable moments of our society; the meetings that we organize more and more often around it with relatives and friends are among the best moments to relax and to enjoy a bit of that inner peace that can only be achieved by completely detaching ourselves from the classic thoughts of everyday life. First of all, we must detach ourselves from that modern monster that everyone calls stress: the aromas, the flavors, the commitment of a nice barbecue are the best there is in the world to free our mind from negative things and see only the positive ones. Since there are all these beneficial effects, it really seems a crime to eliminate all of this, and the whole society could be affected, since many of its human components would be destabilized.

One of the best aspects of the barbecue is the fact that it manages to engage in a new and unusual activity, different from the usual activities we do and even a little “primordial”. With this word we intend to refer explicitly to those so-called primordial instincts, those that belong to our unconscious and that derive from our millenary evolution. Very often, with this word, it is customary to also indicate those activities that we carried out as children and that when we grow up remain in our hearts and unconscious as primitive aspects of our life. And then it is impossible not to immediately understand that we are referring to the game with fire; all of us, starting from the age of about eight or ten, begin to admire the fire with curiosity, both when we see it on TV and (above all) when we admire it live alongside parents or relatives who handle it. The classic action of children and teenagers is to throw a piece of paper into it to see the flame that springs from it and enchant us. Undoubtedly this can be associated with the fact that the barbecue is appreciated by many people, who also like to spend hours there cooking various food. Barbecue accessories

But the barbecue, as well as having fun and allowing us to reunite our family and friends, is above all a garden (or terrace in rare cases) furnishing accessory that has a utility linked to cooking food. Grilled or grilled food is a simple and healthy cooking style, born many years ago when a fire was enough to cook a lunch in the countryside. Grill pan

The grill is basically a grill, that is the metal construction that is placed on the hot surface (which can be a gas flame, an expanse of burning coals or a shelf with burning wood) to allow the food to be as close as possible to the heat source, but without getting dirty or burning in the open flame. Not only that, to be really called a grill pan and not simply a grill, it must have a fairly large size, since the steaks are large slices of meat, very thick and full-bodied. But not only that, other advantages of the grills are in the materials and in the shape of the grill holes. As for the materials, they must be resistant to the heat of the embers and to the weight of a certain number of steaks depending on how large it is on the surface; in addition they must also allow a good diffusion of the heat, so that there is not much difference between where there is the hole and where there is the metal. The holes in the grill pan are designed in such a way as to make cooking as healthy as possible; this must take place through the drainage of the fat and water released by the meat during cooking.
