Fucus mother tincture

The sea, our ally

All of nature has been fundamental in the course of the development and evolution of us human beings towards the state that now characterizes us. After all, nature is our creator, but since it is made up of several components, all of them will certainly have had their important roles in this evolution. The sea, which it would even be simplistic to call a component of nature, has contributed and continues to contribute by providing us with resources, food and many more, obviously not considering the ambitions as the refreshment of swimming in the sea when there is the heat that afflicts us. But in the sea there are, in addition to the fish and other delicacies we eat, also many other things that are good for us from other points of view and that over the years we have learned to exploit in our favor. We also refer quite directly to algae,

The fucus

Fucus is a particular alga that we have learned to know and exploit, especially considering the extraordinary properties it has to heal the skin and to regulate the functionality of our thyroid. The seaweed has a fairly dark and intense green color, almost entirely due to the large percentage of iodine it contains. We are in fact on such considerable values that an abuse can create serious imbalances in the metabolism (regulated by the thyroid) and in pregnancy and breastfeeding it is advisable not to take it at all. Let’s say that it is very widespread as a seaweed, that is, it is not difficult to find it to fulfill the obligations that a fairly large market requires; however, the substantial difference between the breeding fucus and the spontaneous one found in nature is not very different from that between the other products that undergo these divisions: it is clear that the spontaneous product is better because it is perfect for its habitat, but it is also true that it would have a higher cost (perhaps definitely, given that the fucus would be found on the seabed, even if not too deep for the characteristics of the alga itself) and would be much less available. More than anything else, the fashion of natural cures and beauty treatments for not getting old (among many quotes) is one of the most widespread, involving many people worldwide, especially in economically developed Western cultures. it is clear that the spontaneous product is better because it is perfect for its habitat, but it is also true that it would have a higher cost (perhaps definitely, given that the fucus would be found on the seabed, even if not too deep due to the characteristics of the alga itself ) and would be much less available. Fucus mother tincture

But how do you use fucus to get its effects on the body and health? There is only one form on the market and finding others is practically impossible given that it would risk incurring dangerous overdoses. This form is that of an extract in the form of drops, which usually come in very small containers and with an intense green color and never very clear (like all extracts). The intake of the mother tincture drops of fucus, precisely because of their very high concentration, must be followed at least by an expert herbalist, if not even by a doctor. It is generally recommended to take no more than sixty drops a day, possibly divided into doses of twenty at a time, three times a day. Let’s say that the maximum dose at a time is thirty drops, but it is better never to reach such levels and indeed to settle under the winds. Obviously, the drops must be taken by diluting them in a glass of water, no more and no less for reasons of dilution of the substance. This dosage, including dosage, is the most widely recommended and that we also recommend to enjoy exclusively the benefits of this seaweed extract, without incurring some complications; as a further specification it could be added that, if you decide to take fucus twice a day, it is better to take one glass at breakfast and one after dinner, to distribute the quantity in the best possible way over the 24 hours a day. Effects of fucus

Let’s say immediately that the main effect of fucus is to act on the thyroid, helping its correct functioning and therefore the correct functioning of the entire metabolic phase of our body. Basically in this case the fucus acts as a stimulant, so it is not recommended for hyperthyroid people (in which the thyroid gland therefore already works too much) but rather for people with hypothyroidism problems. This important effect is due to the high concentration of iodine, known in relation to the functioning of the thyroid unfortunately also in anomalous nuclear radiation vessels. A secondary effect of fucus which is also appreciated worldwide is that of draining the stagnation and water retention of our body, perhaps the main cause of female cellulite.
