The modern house

By now society, lifestyle, work, family, affections and hierarchies of importance have changed in the passage between yesterday and today; then, it goes without saying that our home also changed. In reality, to be precise, the thing that has changed the most is the conception of the house, that is, it is something in our head that has changed, and then it has actually moved to the way of thinking about them, building them and choosing houses. This is not something serious, but very often there are both negative and positive aspects in evolutions. Let’s say first of all that if before the house was romantically intended as the refuge of all of us, the place where we were with the family and where we couldn’t wait to return in the evening after a day of work; she was treated, and even if it was simple and thin, we loved it because it welcomed us every evening anyway. Today everything has changed, because one’s home is almost considered a sacrifice to be made when it is really true that our parents are about to throw us out of the house: we buy small two-room apartments, or even one-room apartments, in short, something where a bed, a kitchenette and a small bookcase, desk for books and personal computers.

Wide and usable spaces

Not all houses are like this, however, because there are people who, thanks to their commitment to studying and looking for a good job, have managed to build a solid and secure future, which often also passes through a house that is not a passage, but a definitive one. . This means that we are faced with decades-long mortgages, which can knock down anyone when we are at the beginning to do the accounts, but then if the work does not betray us they are an almost satisfying habit, because we know that we we are preparing to pay for our house, the one in which we will presumably live for life. Well, these houses are very different from the one and two-roomed ones, that is, they have more spaces and above all they often have a garden and / or terrace, as well as balconies.

Aluminum canopies

The large and new spaces of well-built houses compared to studio-style houses are precious places, because they add a double surplus value to the house: first of all the aesthetic plus value is relevant, because the house seems more important and above all more beautiful (undoubtedly); the other added value is the functional one, because places such as terraces and gardens are all places that can be exploited for those pluses that make our daily life more beautiful, such as a basket for children, a more comfortable drying rack for washing clothes, and many other comforts. To help make these places even more efficient, functional furnishing tools such as canopies are thought of: they are designed and then built to be beautiful to look at but also useful, and there is no better use than the creation of covered spaces that can be used in various ways on large terraces or in the garden. Actually, however, these places are visible places, which we mentioned earlier as aesthetic pluses of the home; it goes without saying then that even the canopy positioned in that point must be treated in appearance, and in this case the aluminum is for us: theAluminum canopies are modern constructions that guarantee structural resistance and over time, thanks to the mechanical properties of aluminum, together with an appearance that is not at all despicable from the start, but which can still be greatly improved thanks to surface treatments of the material.

Innovative materials

The “magic” of modern canopies, and specifically aluminum canopies, is not so much to be attributed to modern design criteria, albeit very important, but more to those modern materials that are able to guarantee the much desired safety, at the same time. to the even more desired aesthetic aspect, now more and more predominant. Aluminum is certainly to be included in the group of modern materials, as it satisfies all the aforementioned characteristics, and therefore manages to have a very appreciable aesthetic, very in tune and combinable with that of our homes, both inside and outside. Aluminum is a natural chemical element that has been known for a very long time, but which was discovered as a material only relatively recently, no more than a few decades over half a century ago. When we say aluminum, we actually mean an aluminum alloy and small percentages of other metals, which are often used to enhance characteristics rather than others, depending on the application; an example are copper, zinc, manganese and other chemical elements very common for alloys and metals in general. On the other hand, in the surface treatments useful for aesthetics, the research carried out to satisfy “those in marketing”, always asking for beautiful things to see and sell, was very important. manganese and other chemical elements very common for alloys and metals in general.
